Full-time (37 hours per week) for our Dahme/Mark site

Your responsibilities:

• Leading and developing staff
• Managing and coordinating production across the various departments
• Ensuring that departmental and company targets are met
• Working closely with senior management and other departments
• Optimising processes to improve efficiency and quality

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training
• You have at least 3 years’ professional experience
• You are solution-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills
• You have excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• You demonstrate a high level of commitment and flexibility
• You have a strong affinity for quality management processes and play an active role in achieving very high productivity
