We are currently seeking a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) for Production to join our team

on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) for our Dahme/Mark location, working on one of the following machines: laminating machine or flatbed die-cutting machine

Your Responsibilities

• Independently operate, set up, and maintain production machinery
• Monitor production processes and optimize workflows
• Enter and manage order data in the company’s operating system
• Ensure products are manufactured in the required quantities and quality standards

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d), Packaging Technology Specialist (m/f/d), Packaging Mechanic (m/f/d), or in a comparable technical profession
• Ideally, experience in machine and plant operation as well as knowledge of cardboard and corrugated board materials
• Team spirit, communication skills, quality awareness, and reliability
• Strong organizational skills, even in stressful situations
• Confident use of PCs and common Microsoft Office applications
• Independent, structured, and cooperative working style
• Willingness to work in shifts
