Data Processing When Visiting Our Website

2. Customer Portal “Schoepedia”

We provide a portal for handling offers, orders, and documents. Required data is taken from our ERP system. After receiving an invitation email, users create personal login credentials. Optional data may be added. System data is collected upon portal use.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.
Purpose: efficient handling of contracts.
Deletion follows ERP system retention periods. You may deactivate your account at any time.

2.2. Data Transfers

No data is transferred to third parties. Hosting takes place on our own infrastructure. Technical processing is supported by a contracted service provider under Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Data Exchange Portal

We provide a portal for transmitting large files. User accounts are created upon request. Users may add optional data. Technical system data is collected.

Purpose: providing a controlled data exchange system.
Accounts can be deleted at any time via email.

You may apply by email or post. Application data is transferred into our recruiting system. We process all data relevant for the selection process, including any special categories (e.g., health data) you provide. Publicly available profile information may also be used.
